General Bonus Terms for Kiwi Players | BigWins Casino

Bonus Terms at BigWins for NZ Players

General Bonus Terms

  1. Bonuses are exclusively available to players who have registered a valid account and are in good standing with the casino.
  2. The casino reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.
  3. The casino reserves the right to modify offers and promotions at any time.
  4. The general terms of the casino apply to all offers and promotions.
  5. For promotional mechanics, the following conversion rates apply:

1 USD = 1 EUR = 1.6 NZD

Deposit Bonuses

  1. Each customer can only have one active bonus at a time.
  2. Bonuses can be forfeited at any time from the bonus tab in the player centre.
  3. Bonus money credited through deposit bonuses must be wagered 35 times before converting to real money, which can be withdrawn unless specified otherwise in the promotional terms.
  4. Bonus money can only be wagered in the same currency it has been credited in. Wagering in other currencies does not contribute to the wagering progress.
  5. Different game categories contribute differently to the wagering requirement of a bonus. The contributions are as follows:

    • Slot Games - 100 %
    • Live Casino Games - 10 %
    • Other Games - 5 %

Bonus money is not available in all games. If the bonus balance does not show in a specific game, then the bonus balance is not available in that game. Certain bonuses are also only available to specific game categories. If a bonus is specific to a single category, it will be mentioned in the specific promotional terms.

  6. Bonus money must be wagered within the time frame specified in the promotional terms. If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus will be forfeited automatically.
  7. Money is consumed from the customer’s wallets in the following order: real money, locked money, bonus money.
  8. When a deposit bonus is claimed, the deposit used to claim it will be locked to the wagering until the wagering is completed unless otherwise mentioned in specific promotional terms. When the funds are locked, the locked wallet cannot contain more funds than the initial amount of real money. Any winnings over this amount will be logged as bonus money.
  9. When a deposit bonus has been claimed, the bonus must be wagered through before any part of the bonus wallet can be converted into cash. Unless otherwise mentioned in specific promotional terms, canceling the bonus whilst the wagering requirement is active will, under no circumstances, lead to the bonus being converted into withdrawable funds.
  10. Unless otherwise mentioned in the campaign-specific terms, while having active bonus money in the balance, a customer must not place bets higher than NZD 8 (or currency equivalent). Violation of this rule can result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiting of all related winnings at the casino's discretion.
  11. A bonus is valid once per customer account, household computer, and IP address including places with a shared computer (e.g. library, public internet access point).
  12. The minimum deposit amount qualifying for a deposit bonus is in the value of NZD 16 or currency equivalent unless stated otherwise.
  13. The player agrees with BigWins's terms and conditions when using any of the bonuses.
  14. The casino reserves the right to cancel all given bonuses as well as winnings for which bonuses were used if a customer has manipulated or violated bonus features.

Free Spins

  • Winnings from free spins are credited to the player's last active wallet unless stated differently.
  • Winnings from free spins do not carry any wagering requirements.
  • Due to juridical restrictions, some games might not be available in all countries. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the game is available in their jurisdiction before participating in any promotion with free spin rewards.
  • The maximum allowed withdrawal from free spins or bonus money that has been granted to the player without the player having ever made a deposit to his game account is NZD 80. The restriction also applies to situations where the player makes his first deposit after using the no-deposit benefit.
