Terms - Welcome Offer

This welcome bonus is available to customers on their first deposit. The offer is available to customers who have registered after 21-01-2024.
The welcome bonus must be activated before making a qualifying deposit. The activation can be done from the bonuses tab located in the player center, or directly from the deposit window by toggling the welcome bonus active.
After activation and a qualifying deposit, customers receive an additional 100% of the deposit amount as bonus money.

The maximum bonus amounts

The maximum bonus amount is 1 Bitcoin. For other currencies, the maximum amounts are stated below:

Wagering requirements

The full claimed bankroll (deposit+bonus) must be wagered 25 times on Slot Games within 14 days of claiming the bonus. Example: You activate the bonus and deposit $100. You will have a total bankroll of $200, for which the total wagering requirement is $5,000.
Other game categories contribute to the wagering requirements differently, as such you must wager more in those game categories to complete the wagering. The contributions are as follows:

For example, every $100 wagered in Live Casino Games contributes $10 towards the wagering requirement. The same $100 wagered in Video Poker would contribute $5.
The welcome bonus cannot be wagered in Crash Games, and some slot games are also excluded from the wagering. The bonus balance will not appear in these games when they are opened.

Maximum bet limits

When the welcome bonus is active in the account balance, maximum bet limits are in force. The limits for claimed bankrolls higher than $5,000 are:

Example of calculation of the maximum bet, where the claimed bankroll exceeds $5,000: The welcome offer is claimed with a deposit of $10,000, leading to a total bankroll of $20,000. The maximum allowed bet in Slot Games and Other Games would be $20 (20,000x0,001) and the maximum allowed bet in Live Casino Games would be $100 (20,000x0,005).
If the initial claimed bankroll is smaller than $5,000, the maximum allowed bet for Slot Games, and Other Games is $5, and for Live Casino Games $25.

Funds usage priority

When the welcome bonus has been claimed, the funds are used from the wallet in the following order: real money, locked money, bonus money.
When the welcome bonus is claimed, the deposit used to claim it will be locked to the wagering until the wagering is completed. When the funds are locked, the locked wallet cannot contain more funds than the initial amount of real money. Any winnings over this amount will be logged as bonus money.
When the welcome bonus has been claimed, the bonus must be wagered through before any part of the bonus wallet can be converted into cash. Canceling the bonus whilst the wagering requirement is active will, under no circumstances, lead to the bonus being converted into withdrawable funds.
Once the wagering is completed, the bonus funds will be converted into withdrawable funds (cash) automatically.

Only active accounts will be eligible to claim the offer. If you have in any way limited your account, or if your account has been limited by BigWins, it will not be eligible to claim the offer.
BigWins reserves the right to cancel the campaign or to alter its contents. It is the player's responsibility to keep up to date with these terms and conditions.
In case of suspicions of foul play, BigWins reserves the right to limit individual players from participating in the campaign, and/or to void winnings gained with the rewards from the campaign.
The decision of BigWins is considered full and final in any disputes related to the campaign.
